My husband of 24 years, Scott Donley, and I live with our two teenagers on about 30 acres in the beautiful area just north of Spokane. We love the view we're blessed to have out our windows, and enjoy the animals we care for. We have what we lovingly call our "hobby farm.” I've been homeschooling our kids since kindergarten, and recently decided to join my husband in the real estate service industry. At that time, I did a self-assessment and asked myself, "What can I offer? What would I want in an advisor?" The answers that came to mind were someone who has: -Professionalism and courtesy -Warmth and approachability with a sense of humor -Honesty and integrity -Only the best interests of my client in mind -The humility to ask a colleague for advice -Has access to the eleven years of sales knowledge of my husband and Engel and Volkers team leader, Scott Donley -A shop full of Engel and Volkers advisors that work well together, allowing me to take full advantage of their combined expertise I think good character qualities are important to have in life, and they are crucial if you're going to successfully represent and advise someone regarding one of the most important decisions they'll ever make. My husband Scott and I chose to be a part of the Engel and Volkers family because we believe they promote the character qualities we value, and that they will continually hold us to the highest standards.
